Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. In Australia her name was made popular for her role as Pepper Steiger that she played on the soap-opera Neighbors for a period of 100 shows between 2006 and 2007. She made her Hollywood debut on two shows. One was Hollywood & Wine which was a musical comedy project that starred choristers where she played a young aspiring actor. Then she was offered a part in the role of Maya who is a stunning medical student in Scrubs the ninth season. Suddenly, the show is ended. Then, she went on to make a Farrelly brothers-produced comedy known as Good to Shoot. It was starred by Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress appeared in short series films, as well as B-series films. The year 2013 was when she was discovered in a greater way. After having appeared in six episodes of the drama about detectives Franklin and Bash and landing her first part on the regular cast of the web-series Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia, the actress landed a series of projects. She also plays the character of Chad Michael Murray's rebuttal to the show's first and the second seasons. The following year she was able to reprise her support roles in two wonderful feature films set in airplanes One was a TV film for SyFy Channel Flight 7500: One Way Back with a cast of actors from television series and the second is the action movie Le Chaos, carried by Nicolas Cage. The pilot she has for her new series, however, doesn't work out. In the year 2015, she posted posters for the B Series romance Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. In the same year, she starred as a character in Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. Also, she appears in the massive production of Terrence Malcolmick's experimental Knight of Cups. Also, she is featured in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
