Paula Patton, an American actor and producer, is known for her roles as the main character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action spy thriller) and Precious (a dramatic). Her childhood was spent in Los Angeles where she came from a family of middle-class. The mother of her children was fond of watching movies and encouraged a love of movies in her daughter too. Paula loved participating in school co-curricular activities and drama was her favorite. Paula loved acting with friends and was a part of school stage performances. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced many plays and the actor decided that acting was the career she wanted to pursue. She enjoyed her summer at University of Southern California. She won an award for a PBS 3-month assignment to make documentary films. After completing the project well, she was able to begin being an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Following the completion of her project then she began putting together documentary films. She loved her work, but she still wanted to pursue a career as an actor. Her career in acting started with minor roles with Will Smith in the romantic comedy Hitch. In the years since, she has appeared in a number of well-known television and film shows.
