Liz and Emily

Liz Vassey's acting journey began when she was only nine years old. Since then, she has performed in more than 50 musicals and stage plays. She moved to New York at the age of 16 and joined the group of actors on All My Children. Her role on the show earned her the first Daytime Emmy nomination. Liz made a guest appearance as a regular character or guest on several of TV shows, such as ER Maximum Robert Necessary Love Push Nevada Two and a Half Men FOX's live-action adaptation of The Tick and Season Two of Amazon's reboot the show The Tick. She is most likely best known for her five year stint as DNA tech Wendy Simms of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Liz is also known for her appearances in films and pilots. She's guest-starred in numerous television shows. Liz is a skilled writer and has a professional career as an actor. In her last season of CSI in the series, she worked as a co-writer for the show's final episode. Since then she's signed six TV pilots and one TV movie which are currently in development with NBC Freeform Universal Netflix and The CW among other networks and studios. Liz who has always been a running enthusiast recently made her debut director on the feature documentary The Human Race which has just been released. The documentary focuses on older runners. Liz Emmerichs is a resident of Hollywood along with her husband David Emmerichs and their brood of pets as well as their aforementioned brood of children.
